Precision-Molded Polyethylene Brine Storage Tanks are engineered regeneration vessels designed for residential, commercial, and industrial water softening systems. Constructed from high-grade, chemical-resistant polyethylene (PE), these tanks house concentrated salt solutions (sodium or potassium chloride) required for resin bed regeneration. Equipped with integrated internal hardware—including a brine well, salt grid support system, and air-check safety valves - they deliver consistent brine saturation while preventing salt bridging and equipment fouling across high-frequency regeneration cycles.

Applications: Residential whole-house water softeners, commercial laundry softening systems, industrial boiler feed pre-treatment, food processing water conditioning, and municipal ion-exchange plants.
